We ship with USPS to your delivery address. If delivery at your mailbox/door is not possible, the package will instead be delivered at your closest pickup point. If your order has not been delivered by the last delivery day, contact us. Contact us through email: Lajuiceglobalvariartion@gmail.com

Return & Exchange Policy
Return shipping is paid by you, the customer. The shipping should be traceable. You, the customer, are responsible for the cost and risk of transporting the returned goods to Lajuice Global Variations.

How to make a return:

Send an email to Hatstore with your order number and the reason for your return and we will reply with our return address.

Write a note with your name and order number that you put in the box together with the product you wish to return

Pack your return well, preferable in the original box to the return arrives at us in good conditions, put a note with your order number in the box, tape up the box, and tape on the return label with our return address on the box.

Hand in your return to your post office

As soon as we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation to your email and refund you for the product you have returned.

The return right applies to unused products with the original stickers and labels.
The return right does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.
